Ist Chapter Meet

Chapter Executive Committee of ASIS Society of Protection Profession Chapter 207 (New Delhi) is has organized its First Chapter meet on 31st January 2025, Friday at India Corporate office of Fidelity International, Gurgaon India.

The Chapter Chairman, Mr. Mahesh Singh Chauhan opened the conference ceremony by Inviting Mr. Amrinder Singh, Head of Fidelity Global Security Centre to take everyone through the Safety Guidelines for the members. Following the Safety briefing the Chapter Chairman started with an opening address welcoming all corporate leaders and taking everyone through the Planned Road Map 2025 visioned by the Chapter Chair and the executive committee.

The Master of Ceremony Maj. (retd.) Ranjen Bhatia took over the baton from Chapter Chair to proceed with inviting First Keynote Speaker Mr. Amit Narayan, Partner South Asia Control Risk to present The Global Risk 2025. The Topic in itself was so exciting that it overwhelmed the audience with a lot of takeaways.

The Conference proceeded with Ms. Jyotsana Bhalla, Chapter Secretary who took all the members with the Chapter updates.

Next was a theme continued Panel Discussion on “Navigating the Global Risk” with a diverse experienced leaders. The Session was Moderated by Mr. G.B Singh Editor in Chief SECURITY TODAY & SECURITY UPDATE. Panelists included none other than Global Industry Leaders like Mr. Rajiv Nandwani, Global Head of Buisness Continuity & Crisis Management at BCG, Mr. Rakesh Sharma, Senior Vice President, Barclays, Col. (Retd.) Vineet Sehgal Country Security Manager Shell India, Mr. Deepak Chaturvedi, Chairperson ASIS Physical Security Community, ASIS International and Mr. Ankit Sabharwal Director Security Consulting Control Risk, followed by felicitation our speakers.

After an amazing interactive panel discussion the dice was taken over by Mr. Girish Kaushik, Chapter Vice Chair to felicitate Our Sponsor for Awards team “The Smart Gate (R)” , “Acktron Security Systems” for Sponsoring the ASIS Delhi Chapter Website and our Esteemed Host “Fidelity International” followed up Vote of Thanks and a Group photograph.

Ms. Garima Goswamy, Chapter Treasurer was a hidden gem managing all aspects of the event without bothering to come into picture. The Event ended with a lot of knowledge sharing takeaways.
